Mercer County Community Federal Credit Union (MCCFCU) is pleased to recognize a leadership advancement and welcome a new addition to its dedicated staff.
Cheryl Deschand has been promoted to Vice President of Lending. She previously served as Indirect Lending Manager, overseeing financing and auto dealer relationships, as well as day-to-day lending functions. In her new role, she will oversee all lending operations at both the Sharon and Hermitage Credit Union branches.
Additionally, Dan Blair has joined MCCFCU as Vice President of Finance. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hiram College. Dan brings over 15 years of experience in accounting and credit risk analysis to the role. In this new position, he will be responsible for the Credit Union’s financial budget and overseeing all accounting operations to ensure compliance and support of the Credit Union’s objectives.
